The bulldog is known for its wide head and shoulders. The skin on their brow usually has thick folds. They have a distinctive nose that appears to be pushed in and skin hanging under the neck. With their short muzzle and sharp teeth, these dogs have a terrible underbite. The tail of bulldogs is naturally short.
These dogs are resolute and courageous. Though they are neither too aggressive nor too vicious, they can serve as frightful guard dogs. They have a friendly, patient nature and have been found to form close bonds with their owners. They are friendly and will get along with children, dogs and other pets.
