They are all documented and so Microchipped, local vet checked, initially vaccinated and wormed.
Both parents are Maremma Guardian Dogs and are working on our property and availble for meeting.

Mother ‘Meena’ lives both inside and out on our property and is bonded to our chooks and familiar with sheep and cows. She has a lovely easy temperament and friendly, yet barks loudly at any potential intruders.
Sire 'Luca' is a large male, he also shares duty outside whilst maintaing a presence at our poultry sheds, lambing and Ewes area and, on times we are away, he often watches over our Home, Carport and Garage.
Pups are handled regularly everyday, they are both indoors and outdoors and already familiar with chooks and lambs, and some free range play as they have begun training.
These pups were also popular with children and so shortly after they were born, they were being handled also being socialised around seniors and and with other family dogs.
They have been around children of various ages from 5-13 and I am confident that they will be suitable for a home where there are children involved with their care and upkeep..
As the pups are to rehomed to new homes, they have not been named and so this process wil be easy to pattern them to the owner.

These pups will be weaned, socialised, vet checked, wormed and microchipped and we plan for them to be ready to be homed between 10 and 12 weeks of age so they can have the longest possible time with their mum and livestock exposure before being removed.
This wonderful working breed is generaly not suitable or easily trained for suburban living and will need a good deal of care or motivation and activity and so they should have have a job to do as is their nature.
The pups have spent a busy time outdoors during the day around our sheep, including newborn lambs and chickens.
The puppies were born and have been raised in the paddock near the chickens so they are bonding to farm animals at an early age.
A Maremma pup takes time and patience to train a guardian dog and this does not happen overnight.
With time and training you will be rewarded with an amazing dog and understand, these dogs are instinctively different to a family pet and so, I would recommend researching first to make sure this is the puppy for you.
They have beautiful temperaments and easy to handle and at this early stage, they all show wonderful promise to fulfil their breeds task of guarding livestock, with the continued process for further training.
With the socialisation, you would need work to maintain their instinct or to have space or an opportunity for these dogs to work for you, and they love to protect.
