  • Marketing Data: means any and all information collected by the Company relating to its marketing activities,  The Company shall collect and use Marketing Data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to privacy laws, and shall maintain appropriate records of such data. The Company may use Marketing Data for purposes including, but not limited to, developing targeted marketing campaigns, measuring marketing effectiveness, personalizing the customer experience, improving product offerings, and conducting market research.

To promote responsible pet ownership, sellers are encouraged to also provide buyers with documentation on proper pet care, feeding guidelines, and medical records. Failure to comply with these obligations may lead to penalties, including listing removal, suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.



7.2 Service Transactions Listings

7.2.1 Service Provider Vetting

All pet service providers, including groomers, trainers, and pet sitters, undergo a rigorous background check before being allowed to list their services on RescuePets Pty Ltd. This includes verification of professional certifications, licenses, and customer reviews. Service providers must maintain high ratings to continue offering their services on the platform. Periodic performance evaluations ensure that providers meet quality standards and uphold customer satisfaction.



7.2.2 Transaction Safeguards

Users can rate and review service providers based on their experience, helping to maintain accountability within the platform.



7.2.3 Pet Service Listing requirements

RescuePets Pty Ltd provides a platform for pet service providers, including veterinarians, groomers, trainers, pet sitters, shelters, and other related businesses, to list their services in the Pet Directory. By submitting a listing, service providers agree to the following terms:



  • Listing Accuracy: All information provided in directory listings must be accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. Any false or exaggerated claims may result in removal.
  • Compliance with Laws: Service providers must adhere to all local, state, and national regulations governing their industry, including licensing and animal welfare laws.
  • No Guarantee of Engagements: RescuePets Pty Ltd does not guarantee user engagement, business leads, or revenue generation from directory listings.
  • Content Usage Rights: By listing on the platform, service providers grant RescuePets Pty Ltd the right to use their business information, images, logos, and descriptions for promotional and operational purposes.
  • User Reviews and Feedback: RescuePets Pty Ltd reserves the right to display user reviews and ratings for service providers. Service providers may respond to reviews but cannot remove or alter them unless they violate community guidelines.
  • Listing Removal and Moderation: RescuePets Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate policies, receive repeated complaints, or fail to maintain quality standards.
